A quartz-based composite — a material of exceptional density and structural hardness. Its resistance to mechanical damage, chemicals and sudden temperature changes exceeds that of typical acrylics and stainless steel in everyday use. This technology is designed for brands that want to position their products as durable and premium — without giving up extensive configuration options.

Technology
S-Marble

A mineral composite reinforced with gelcoat — the same type used in the yacht-building and wind-power industries. This comparison is no accident: in those sectors, gelcoat has to withstand years of exposure to water, salt, UV radiation and mechanical impact. In S-Marble, those same properties translate into a sanitary product with an exceptionally long service life. The optimal technology wherever design and durability have to work side by side.

Technology comparison

Kitchen or bathroom?

Both technologies are designed for premium-class products, but they are intended for different usage conditions. S-Quartz performs best in the kitchen, where resistance to intensive use, chemicals and thermal shock matters most. S-Marble is the natural choice for the bathroom — where form, a smooth finish and a durable gelcoat surface are the priority.

Model concept

Model concept
At this stage, we develop the form, lines and character of the product. We combine aesthetics with functionality, ensuring consistency with the product range and technological requirements.

We transfer the concept into a 3D environment, where every detail is reproduced with precision. The model allows us to verify proportions, ergonomics and technical aspects of the design before production begins.

Materials and colours
At this stage, we assess durability, resistance to everyday use and visual consistency with the rest of the collection. Carefully selected raw materials and pigments deliver colour stability and aesthetics suited to contemporary kitchen spaces.

The first castings allow us to validate the design assumptions in practice. We check the structure, finish and material behaviour before starting serial production.

Machining ensures precision finishing and dimensional repeatability. Modern CNC equipment and robotic systems minimise variations, ensuring consistent quality in every batch.
Quality control — parameter verification

Quality control
Every product is checked against technical and aesthetic parameters. The inspection covers both mechanical performance and visual conformity with the approved standard.

Branding / labelling
Every product receives a permanent brand mark applied directly to the surface of the sink, reinforcing its quality and premium positioning. Packaging carries a clear identification label with the batch number and logistics code.
Materials and standards

Packaging compliant with European standards.

We use only packaging materials certified for contact with construction and sanitary products. All cartons and foam inserts undergo strength testing in accordance with ISO 2234 and ISO 4180 standards.

As part of our ESG policy, we are steadily increasing the share of recycled materials in our packaging — over 80% of the weight of our cardboard packaging now comes from recycled materials.

Every carton leaving our plant is marked in accordance with EU Directive 94/62/EC on packaging and packaging waste — ready for legal distribution across all European Union markets.
Corrugated board ECT-48 / BC
Double-wall board for products over 15 kg. Box compression strength (BCT): min. 2 kN.
CNC-formed EPE / EPS foam
Inserts with a density of 15–30 kg/m³, formed to size with a tolerance of ±0.5 mm. Shock absorption up to 50G.
Stretch and POF shrink films
PE film with a thickness of 17–23 μm, or POF film for products that require a sealed, refined finish.
FEFCO and ISO standards
Cartons designed according to the FEFCO catalogue. Transport testing compliant with ISO 2234 and ISO 4180.
GS1 labelling and Directive 94/62/EC
GS1-128 codes on every pallet. Recycling symbols compliant with the EU packaging waste directive.
