The controller of your personal data is Jakub Agnieszczak, operating a business under the name Quality Jakub Agnieszczak. You can contact the controller electronically (the email above) or in writing at the registered address.

Scope and purposes of processing

The controller processes personal data to the following extent: first name, surname, email address, company (business name), VAT ID (NIP). Providing the data is voluntary; however, failure to provide a first name, surname or email address will make it impossible to respond to an enquiry, conclude a contract or perform a service. In cases required by law, processing may be mandatory.

The data is used in particular for: handling B2B requests for quotation, preparing offers, fulfilling OEM / private label orders, business communication, meeting legal obligations (e.g. issuing invoices) and pursuing the controller's legitimate interests, including the pursuit of claims and direct marketing (of its own products and services).

Legal bases for processing

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – necessity to take steps prior to entering into a contract and to perform the contract (handling enquiries, orders).
  • Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with the controller's legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting regulations).
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – the controller's legitimate interest, including ensuring security, handling complaints, traffic analysis and direct marketing of Quality products.
Data retention period:
  • Contract data – for the entire term of the contract and after the limitation period for claims expires (typically 6 years).
  • Data processed on the basis of legal obligations – for the period required by law (e.g. accounting, 5 years).
  • Data based on legitimate interest – until the purpose is achieved or an effective objection is raised.

Personal data may be shared with third parties cooperating with the controller, including: providers of legal, accounting and IT services (hosting, software), auditors, couriers and public authorities where required by law. Transferring data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) for purposes other than performance of the contract requires prior consent or is based on standard contractual clauses.
